  • Routine support and project communications: retained for up to 3 years after project delivery or closure
  • Portal access tokens and temporary access records: retained only as long as needed for service delivery, security, and audit purposes

We may retain information longer where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, enforce our rights, comply with law, or preserve evidence relating to a dispute or claim.
